How an OEM/ODM project runs:
1. Requirement confirmation - we collect your voltage, current, battery type, connector, labeling and target market.
2. Engineering evaluation - our engineers check feasibility, timeline and cost.
3. Sample build - we produce a prototype for your review.
4. Testing - the sample is tested in-house and, if required, by a third-party lab.
5. Certification - we support CE / RoHS / UL documentation and market-specific requirements.
6. Mass production - after your sample approval, we move into series production.
7. Delivery - final inspection, packing and shipment.
