Structure and Composition of Off-Grid Photovoltaic Inverters

The internal structure of a photovoltaic off-grid inverter mainly includes a converter, encapsulated components, a power module, connectors, a display module, inverter output components, and a controller.

 

The converter is the most important part of the photovoltaic off-grid inverter, responsible for converting DC power to AC power. The encapsulated components compactly integrate the core components of the converter with other components, reducing equipment space occupation and facilitating installation and use. The power module typically consists of DC power supply components, AC control components, and other parts, used to absorb solar radiation and stabilize the input power. Connectors connect the converter module to the converted cables, allowing for flexible and controllable arrangement of photovoltaic power generation system components. The display module monitors and displays the current power generation status of the system and the current generated at different conversion ratios, assisting users in system management and planning. The controller, combined with the converter, imparts appropriate frequency conversion characteristics to the photovoltaic grid to improve system stability.
